Workshop Cancellation Policy

If you need to cancel your workshop ticket, you’re welcome to do so up to 14 days before the date of the workshop for a full refund.

If you cancel within 13 days of the workshop, a full refund is not guaranteed and will depend on whether your ticket can be re-sold. I will always do my best to help fill your spot, but I can’t promise the ticket will be taken.

You are absolutely welcome to transfer your ticket to a friend. If you do this, please email me at sallyandthesea@gmail.com with their name and email so I can update the booking.

If you don’t know anyone who might want your ticket, you can email me and I’ll let you know if there’s a waiting list for that workshop. Often there is, but not always.

If I’m unable to fill your spot, a full refund will not be issued. Depending on the circumstances and the timing, you may receive a voucher to use for a future workshop.
